Organisations wishing to use the centre may do so if they have an instructor with a recognised qualification such as a County Council Indoor Wall Certificate, the SPA Award, MIA or MIC.

Organisations without a qualified instructor can hire instructors at a rate of £35 per 1 ½ hours plus the group rate for off peak at £4.50 per person or £5.50 peak time.

Equipment is available for groups to hire such as harnesses, rock shoes, belay & karabiner, chalk bags. Helmets must be used by groups under instruction and are free of charge.
